How to convert CSV to JSON

What you get
- Array of objects — each row becomes an object keyed by the header row (default).
- Array of arrays — each row becomes an array, keeping the header as the first row.
Notes and edge cases
- Values are kept as strings to avoid mangling IDs, phone numbers and leading zeros. Coerce to numbers in your own code when you know a column is numeric.
- Quoted fields, escaped quotes (
""), embedded commas and newlines are all preserved. - Auto-detect picks the most likely delimiter (comma, tab, semicolon or pipe) from the first line.
- Duplicate header names are kept as-is; blank headers become
column_1,column_2, …
